Ros Seam aka Song, secretary of regiment 13 in division 310, confessed that in the middle of May 1976 Oeun and Voeun opened a traitorous meeting in order to examine the core traitorous forces that they had indoctrinated since the war time until the present day. Thorn reported that Thou was the person who could serve the traitorous acts in the future.
