Prum Phat aka Sou, messenger of division 310, confessed that Thuon was doctor in division 450. Before leberation, Oeun, chief of division 310, assigned Prum Phat aka Sou to gather forces. The person who was convinced by Phat was doctor Thuon. After that Phat and Thuon met each other with other partisans in order to provoke internal disorder and put poison in the rice field or water convolvulus.
ព្រំ ផាត ហៅ ស៊ូ និរសាកងពល ៣១០ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ធួន ពេទ្យធ្នោះរបស់កងពល៤៥០ មុនរំដោះ អឿនប្រធានកងពល ៣១០ ចាត់តាំង ព្រំ ផាត ហៅ ស៊ូ អោយប្រមូលកម្លាំងហើយ ផាត ប្រមូលកម្លាំងបានពេទ្យ ធួនក្រោយមកផាត និងពេទ្យធួន បាន ប្រជុំជាមួយគ្នា និងមានបក្ខពួកមួយចំនួនទៀត ធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផុស បំផុលស៊ីរូងផ្ទៃក្នុង និងសកម្មភាពបំពុលតាម ទឹកស្រែ និងបន្លែ ត្រកួនជាដើម។
