The report on Tmat Porng Radar's circumstance mentioned that between 21.15 pm and 19.12.30 pm there were 2 planes to fly at an altitude of 10-kilometer height and 790-kilometer/hour speed from Vietnam to Thailand through the east of Vai island. The report on Pochentong Radar's circumstance said that between 24.27 pm to 3.12.51 am there were 3 planes to fly at an altitude of between 8 and 11-kilometer height and between 820 and 980-kilometer/hour speed from Vietnam to Thailand through the east of Vai island and Vea island. The report was copied for brother 89 and the documentation office.
