Chhim Meas aka Hoh, secretary of regiment, division 117 in Northern zone, confessed that Han's father Him was the village's chief in Sihanouk's regime. In 1965, Han was spy of Lach Soeum, Peam Chi Kang's district governor. In 1970, Han's father and Han went from place to place propagandizing that men should join government armed forces. Han's father and Han in the war provoked matters in the revolution and provoked soldiers to run out of line.
