Chhim Meas aka Hoh, secretary of division 117 regiment, confessed that Chhay's father was a chief of reactionary's sub-district and served for Dap Chhuon. After the coup d'état, he was killed by the Angkar. After that, Chhay was introduced to join the revolution by Peng.
