Chhay Cheng aka Chhat, a soldier of Division 502, admitted that in 1976, he and Vien, a former Deputy Chief of Platoon 2, and current commander of Platoon 2, received plan from Vey, to expand traitorous forces increasingly, to kill high ranking cadres secretly, and to plant mines in Pochentong Airport in order to kill international guests and defame the Party's influence.
ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ឆាត យុទ្ធជននៅកងពល៥០២ បានឆ្លើយថាខ្លួន និង ឈ្មោះ វៀន អតីតអនុកងតូច២ បច្ចុប្បន្នបញ្ជាការកងតូច២ បាន ទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ វៃ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំង ក្បត់ថែមទៀត លួចបាញ់កម្មាភិបាលធំៗ យកមីនទៅដាក់នៅ ពោធិ៍ចិនតុង ដើម្បីសម្លាប់ភ្ញៀវបរទេសបង្ខូចឥទិ្ធពលរបស់បក្ស។
