Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier of brigade 502, confessed that in 1976 Chhay, chief of brigade 502 group, division 3, received plan from Oeun, member of battalion to expand traitorous forces, to assassinate the Party's top cadres, and to destroy the state's properties. After, Chhay and Lun joined the meeting for 7 days, they crept to steal mines in order to plant them in Pochentong airport, but this plan wasn't successful, because it was revealed.
ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជនកងពលតូច ៥០២ បានសារភាពថា ខ្លួនដឹងថា ឈ្មោះឆាយ មេក្រុមនៅកងពលធំទី៣ កងពល៥០២ បាន ទៅទទួលផែនការពី អឿន វរសេនាតូច កុ្នងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ឱ្យប្រមូល កម្លាំងក្បត់ និងលួចបាញ់កម្មាភិបាលធំៗរបស់បក្ស បំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈ របស់រដ្ឋគ្រប់មុខ។ ប្រជុំហើយបាន ៧ថ្ងៃ ឆាយ និង លន់ បានលូន យកមីនកេ្លម័រ ទៅកប់នៅពោធិចិនតុង តែត្រូវបែកការណ៍ ក៏ត្រឡប់ មកវិញ។
