Chhay Cheng aka Phat, a combatant of Division 502, confessed that Vey, a former Political Battalion 512, Division 502, and current Deputy Commander of Regiment 52, Division 502, was his traitorous leader. Moreover, Chhay Cheng aka Phat, joined the meeting and received plan from Vey, to collect traitorous forces, to kill high ranking cadres secretly, and to find all strategies to assassinate leading Angkar.
ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជននៅកងពល៥០២ បានឆ្លើយថាឈ្មោះ វៃ អតីតនយោបាយវរសេនាតូច៥២១ កងពល៥០២ បច្ចុប្បន្ន អនុបញ្ជាការវរសេនាធំ៥២ កងពល៥០២ ជាមេក្បត់ របស់ខ្លួន បានប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំងក្បត់ លួចបាញ់ សម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលធំ និងរកគ្រប់យុទ្ធវិធី ដើម្បីសម្លាប់អង្គការដឹកនាំ។
