Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier of Division 502, confessed that Chann, Chief of Squad in Big Cell 13, Division 502, and he damaged 4 places of rice dams. As a result, the waters flowed out from 3-hectare rice fields. In 1976, Phat and Chann received plans made by Vey, [member of]Regiment, to recruit more treacherous forces, shooting dead senior cadre and plant mines at Pochentong.
ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជននៅកងពល ៥០២ បានសារភាពថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ចាន់ មេពួកកងធំ ១៣ កងពល ៥០២ និង ខ្លួនបានលួចទៅ កាប់ភ្លឺស្រែទើបលើកថ្មីអស់៤កន្លែង ទឹកហូរចេញពីស្រែ៣ហិកតា។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ផាត និងចាន់ បានទៅទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះវៃ វរសេនាធំ ឱ្យខំប្រមូលកម្លាំងក្បត់ថែមទៀត លួចបាញ់កម្មាភិបាលធំៗឱ្យបាននិងលួចយកមីន ទៅកប់នៅពោធិចិនតុងជាដើម។
