Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier of Division 502, confessed that Pin, Chief of Group, Company 13, Division 502. In 1975, Pin and Lun received the plots from Oeun, Battalion, to recruit more forces and to ambush the cadre riding motors or walking on the street. In 1976, Pin and Phat found ways to kill senior leaders of Angkar and assigned forces to cause unrest in offices and factories.
ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជននៅកងពល ៥០២ បានឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ ពិន ប្រធានក្រុម អនុសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៥០២ ថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ពិន និង លន់ ទៅទទួលផែនការពី អឿន វរសេនាតូច ឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំងក្បត់ថែមទៀត និងលបបាញ់កម្មាភិបាល ដែលជិះម៉ូតូឬដើរតាមផ្លូវ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ពិន និង ផាត បានរក យុទ្ធវិធីសម្លាប់អង្គការដឹកនាំធំៗនិងចែកកម្លាំងដើរអុកឡុកតាមមន្ទីរនិងរោងចក្រ។
