Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier of division 502, admitted that in 1976, Vey invited Neou and Cheng Chhay to join the meeting and received plan to expand traitorous forces, to assassinate top cadres of the Party, and to plant mines in Pochentong airport in order to kill the international guests. In these cases, they intentionally wanted to defame the Party's influence. In 1976, Neou received plan from Oeun and Vey to stir up turmoil in offices and factories, and also to devastate factories.
ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត នាទីយុទ្ធជនកងពល ៥០២បានឆ្លើយថានៅ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះវៃ បានហៅឈ្មោះនៅ និងឆាយ ចេង មកប្រជុំ ដាក់ផែនការឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំងក្បត់ថែមទៀត លួចសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាល ធំៗរបស់បក្ស យកមីនទៅកប់នៅពោធិចិនតុងដើម្បីសម្លាប់ភ្ញៀវ បរទេសបង្ខូចឥទ្ធិពលបក្ស។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះនៅ ទទួលផែន ការណ៍ពីវៃ និងអឿន ឱ្យដើរអុកឡុកតាមមន្ទីរនិងរោងចក្រ និងឈានទៅកំទេចរោងចក្រ។
