Phlong Neat aka Thy, soldier of P-98, confessed that in September 1976 woman Na, medical staff of P-98, attended a meeting to receive the plot form Rom, chief of surgery section, to kill cadre and soldiers who had treatment in hospital P-98. Moreover, woman Na joined to steal medicines, to destroy medical instrument and foodstuff, and to provoke conflict in one unit to another.
ផ្លុង នាត ហៅ ធី យុទ្ធជនព-៩៨ ឆ្លើយពី នារី ណាត យុទ្ធនារី ព-៩៨ ថាៈ នៅខែ ៩-១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ ណាចូលរួមប្រជុំ ទទួល ផែនការក្បត់ពី រ៉ុម ប្រធានក្រុមវះកាត់។ អោយសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាល យុទ្ធជន ដែលព្យាបាលជំងឺនៅពេទ្យ ព-៩៨។ អោយលួចថ្នាំពេទ្យ និងសម្ភារៈហូបចុក ព្រមទាំងអោយបង្កទំនាស់ពីអង្គភាពមួយ ទៅអង្គភាពមួយ។
