Nop Khun aka Pheap, battalion 117, confessed that in 1974, Chhan, company 302, Northern zone, joined the plot meeting in order to attack the Angkar's plan that was nominated to carry out in battlefields. The plot was to cut off the front line and convince combatants to flee to the enemy.
ណុប ឃុន ហៅ ភាព វរសេនាតូច អង្គភាព១១៧ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះឆន ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ អនុសេនាធំ៣០២ ឧត្ដរ ចូលរួមប្រជុំ ផែនការណ៍ក្បត់ ដើម្បីប្រឆាំងផែនការអង្គការដែលបានដាក់ចុះនៅកុ្នង សមរភូមិ ធ្វើឱ្យដាច់ខ្សែត្រៀម និងបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចូលខ្មាំង។
