Nop Khun aka Pheap, soldier of battalion 117, admitted that in 1973, he convinced Chey to work as a traitor. In 1974, he assigned Chey to induce combatants to be afraid of battlefields, to provoke combatants into having conflict in hospital, to kill combatants and cadres by injection, and to convince former workers not to provide foodstuff to the battlefields.
ណុប ឃុន ហៅ ភាព នាទីវរសេនាតូចអង្គភាព១១៧ បានឆ្លើយថា ខ្លួនបានអប់រំ ជៃ ឱ្យក្បត់នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ បានដាក់ ផែនការឱ្យ ជៃអនុវត្ដដោយបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យខ្លាចសមរភូមិ បំផុសឱ្យមានទំនាស់នៅកុ្នងមន្ទីរពេទ្យ ចាក់ថ្នាំសម្លាប់យុទ្ធជននិងកម្មាភិបាល និងបំផុសកសិករចាស់មិនឱ្យឧបត្ថម្ភសមរភូមិមុខ។
