Mel Manin aka Sou, soldier in office B-20, confessed that Thoeun, soldier in logistics office of northern zone, got appointment from Chhon, chief of office and Sou to hide in transportation office. In March 1975, Thoeun received traitorous plan from Thy, chief of office to examine old and new forces in order to take further action and assign more hiding forces.
មុិល ម៉ានិន ហៅ ស៊ូ យុទ្ធជនមន្ទីរប-២០ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះធឿន យុទ្ធជនមន្ទីរភស្ដុភារឧត្ដរ បានទទួលការចាត់តាំងពី ឆុនប្រធានមន្ទីរ និងស៊ូ អោយទៅបង្កប់នៅយានដ្ឋានដឹកជញ្ជូន ដល់ ខែ៣-១៩៧៥ ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ធីប្រធានមន្ទីរអោយ ពិនិត្យកម្លាំងចាស់ថ្មី ដើម្បីបន្ដធ្វើសកម្មភាព និងចាត់កម្លាំងបង្កប់។
