Mel Marin aka Sou, soldier in B-20, confessed that Thy put plan for his partisans including Sou to implement in 1974. The plan was to divide forces to sections and to hide forces in every department and ministry. In March, 1975, Thy was one of those who was to put traitorous plan for the partisans to implement. The plan was to examine old and new traitorous forces and assigned more hiding forces.
មុិល ម៉ារិន ហៅ ស៊ូ ជាយុទ្ធជន ប-២០បានឆ្លើយថា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ធីដាក់ផែនការអោយបក្ខពួកអនុវត្ដមាន ស៊ូចូលរួមដែរ។ ធី ដាក់ផែនការគឺចែកកម្លាំងជាផ្នែកៗ ហើយបង្កប់កសាងកម្លាំងនៅតាម មន្ទីរ និងក្រសួង ខែ៣-១៩៧៥ ធីជាអ្នកចូលរួមផ្ដើមដាក់ផែនការ ក្បត់អោយបក្ខពួកអនុវត្ដគឺ ពិនិត្យកម្លាំងចាស់ថ្មីធ្វើសកម្មភាព បន្ដទៀត និងចាត់តាំងកម្លាំងបង្កប់។
