Mel Marin aka Sou, a combatant of office B-20, confessed that in 1974, Lin, as a combatant of Logistical Office in Northern zone, joined the meeting and received traitorous plan from Chhon, to stir up conflict in cooperatives and to expand hidden networks. Lin, was responsible for hiding himself among technicians. In March 1975, Lin,,joined the meeting and received plan from Thy, to verify old and new hidden networks and continued to assign hidden networks to hide themselves in offices, Ministries, Cultivating Units, and Transport Units.
ម៉ិល ម៉ារិន ហៅ ស៊ូ យុទ្ធជនមនី្ទរ ប-២០ បានឆ្លើយថានៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះ លីន យុទ្ធជនមនី្ទរភស្ដុភារភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ បានចូលរួម ប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ឆុន ឱ្យបង្កទំនាស់នៅកុ្នងសហករណ៍ និងពង្រីកកម្លាំង។ ការបង្កប់កម្លាំង លីន មានភារកិច្ចជាអ្នកបង្កប់ខាង បចេ្ចកទេស។ ខែមីនា-១៩៧៥ លីន បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពី ធី ឱ្យពិនិត្យកម្លាំងចាស់ថ្មី បន្ដសកម្មភាពចាត់តាំងកម្លាំងបង្កប់តាម មន្ទីរក្រសួងបចេ្ចកទេសបង្កបង្កើនផល និងដឹកជញ្ជូន។
