Min Soeun aka Doeun, chief of state fishing, confessed that second lieutenant Han arrested and sent Touch Try to Sala Lekh 5 prison in 1970. Second Lieutenant Han said that if Touch Try agreed to be a spy, he would be released or he would continue to be kept in prison. Therefore, Touch Try agreed. In 1970, Touch Try hid in the revolution as assigned by Han. In order to please Touch Try, Han appointed him to be a sergeant major. In the battlefield at fortress Sala Lekh 5 and Lungvek, Touch Try provoked soldiers to run out of line gradually and built up traitorous forces in battalion 302.
មិន សឿន ហៅ ឌឿន ប្រធាននេសាទរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថាកាល ពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ សក្ដិ១ ហាន ចាប់ ទូច ទ្រី ដាក់គុកសាលាលេខ៥ សក្ដិ១ ហានបាននិយាយថា បើទូច ទ្រី ព្រមធ្វើគិញវាលែង តែ បើមិនព្រមទេវាមិនលែងទេ ពេលនោះទូច ទ្រី ក៏យល់ព្រម។ នៅ ចុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ទូច ទ្រីមកបង្កប់ខ្លួនក្នុងបដិវត្ដតាមការ ចាត់តាំង របស់សក្ដិ១ ហាន។ ក្រោយមកសកិ្ដ១ ហាន បានបញ្ជាក់អោយ ទូច ទ្រីដោយបីជាន់ ដើម្បីលើកទឹកចិត្ដ។ នៅសមរភូមិបន្ទាយ សាលាលេខ៥ និងបន្ទាយលង្វែក ទូច ទ្រីបានបំផុសយុទ្ធជន អោយរត់ចោលជួរ ជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ និងកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ ក្នុង កងវរសេនាតូច ៣០២។
