កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
The handwriting letter from Pon sent to Duch, chief of S-21, on the 8 points of interrogated measure, on September 26, 1976. In the letter, Pon reported Duch 5 main points were: 1. Force all prisoners confess their important traitorous networks that used to make contact Vietnamese; 2. Threaten to punish prisoner on September 27, 1976; 3. Prisoners started to write their own developmental mind andwanted to meet Duch; 4. Prisoners gave their document to Pon; and 5. Prisoners must be report on their traitorous plan and chain of command.
លិខិតសរសេរដោយដៃរបស់ ប៉ុន នៅថ្ងៃទី២៦-៩-១៩៧៦ ផ្ញើទៅ ឌុច ប្រធាន ស-២១ ស្ដីអំពីវិធានការសួរចម្លើយអ្នកទោស ៨ ចំណុច នៅ ថ្ងៃទី២៦-៩-១៩៧៦។ ក្នុងលិខិតនោះមាន ៥ ចំណុច ដែលប៉ុន រាយការជូនឌុច។ ចំណុចទី ១ ជំរុញអោយ អ្នកទោសសារភាពពីខ្សែក្បត់សំខាន់ៗ ទាក់ទងវៀតណាម ទី ២ គំរាមធ្វើទារុណកម្ម នៅថ្ងៃទី២៧-៩-១៩៧៦។ ចំណុចទី ៣ អ្នកទោសចាប់ផ្ដើមសរសេរការវិវត្ដន៍សតិអារម្មណ៍ផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន និងស្នើសុំជួប ឌុច ទី ៤ អ្នកទោសផ្ដល់ឯកសារសតិអារម្មណ៍ ផ្ទាល់មកប៉ុន និងទី ៥ រាយការណ៍បន្ថែមពីខ្សែសង្វាក់ និងផែនការក្បត់។
