Makk Phan aka Nan, deputy chief of battalion 451, division 450, admitted that Chhak, chief of messengers and weapon warehouse guards, battalion 451, division 450, was a former student in grade 5 of Prey Torting high school. In plan to fight into Phnom Penh on April 17, 1975 Chham was responsible for preventing soldiers from going in school to bring guns by shouting that we didn't know who was right or who was wrong, so please didn't bring guns.
ម៉ក់ ផាន ហៅ ណាន អនុវរសេនាតូច៤៥១ កងពល៤៥០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា ឆាក ប្រធាននិរសារ និង យាមការពារឃ្លាំងអាវុធ គ្រាប់រំសេវរបស់វរសេនាតូច៤៥១ កងពល៤៥០ ជាអតីតសិស្ស ថ្នាក់ទី ៥ វិទ្យាល័យព្រៃទទឹង នៅកុ្នងផែនការវាយភំ្នពេញ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ឆាកទទួលភារកិច្ចឃាត់មិនឱ្យកងទ័ពចូលយកកាំភើ្លងដោយ ស្រែកថា មិនទាន់ដឹងខាងណាខុសខាងណាត្រូវ សូមកុំអាលយកអាវុធឱ្យសោះ។
