Ly Ang, chief of water transport printing house, confessed that Chhan, chief of Chamkar Andaung sub-district, had joined the meeting and received plan from Khoun to expand traitorous forces. Between October 1973 and October 1974, Chhan was assigned to send traitorous forces to take action in Phnom Penh battlefield.
លី អាង ប្រធានរោងពុម្ពដឹកជញ្ជូនជើងទឹកបានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ឆន ប្រធានសង្កាត់ចំការអណ្ដូង បានចូលប្រជុំទទួលផែនការណ៍ឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំងក្បត់ពី ឃួន នៅខែ១០-១៩៧៣ ដល់ខែ១០-១៩៧៤ និងឱ្យបញ្ជូនកម្លាំងក្បត់មកធ្វើសកម្មភាពនៅសមរភូមិ ភំ្នពេញ។
