Leav Hour Se confessed that his CIA networks: Chhang Song, Chief of Group, Kem Savat, 1st Deputy Chief of Group, Thaong Lim Huong, 2nd Deputy Chief of Group, and three members: Lim Lay, Ly Eng and himself. The CIA group was to convince students, teachers, professor, members of government, and soldiers to run counter to the government. After April 17, 1975, he went to Sa-ang District to locate his families, but he met with a CIA network, Chin Teng aka Tit. With few members, he went to Battambang Province to locate networks. After that, he met with Then Choeun, a network. The three had plans to recriute more people and urge them to bring their families to Thailand and come back. During the meeting, the three managed to organize the meeting. On January 12 , 1976, Angkar assigned him to study at Phnom Srok. Upon his return, Angkar made his arrest and sent to Phnom Penh on January 17, 1976.
លាវ ហួសែ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ក្រុមសេអ៊ីអារបស់ខ្លួនមានឈ្មោះ ឆាង សុង ប្រធានក្រុម, កែម សាវ៉ាត ប្រធានរងទី ១, ថោង លិមហួង ប្រធានរងទី ២ ឯសមាជិកមានបីនាក់គឺ លិម ឡាយ, លី អេង និង ខ្លួនវា។ សកម្មភាពរបស់ក្រុមនេះគឺទាក់ទងសិស្ស និស្សិត គ្រូបង្រៀន សាស្ដ្រាចារ្យ សមាជិករដ្ឋាភិបាល ទាហាន ដើម្បីប្រឆាំង រដ្ឋាភិបាល។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-៧៥ ខ្លួនបានទៅស្រុកស្អាងរក គ្រួសារហើយបានជួបខ្សែសេអ៊ីអាម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ជិន តេង ហៅ ទិត។ ដោយមានគ្នាតិចមិនអាចធ្វើសកម្មភាពបានក៍ទៅបាត់ដំបង រកខ្សែហើយបានជួបសមាជិកម្នាក់ទៀតឈោះថេន ជឿន។ ទាំងបីនាក់ក៍បានរៀបចំផែនការថ្មីមួយដោយប្រមូលកូនក្រុមដើរបំផុស និងភៀសខ្លួនទៅថៃដើម្បីយកគ្រួសារទៅទុកនៅទីនោះហើយវិលត្រឡប់មកវិញ។ ពេលប្រជុំម្ដងៗទាំងបីនាក់នេះជាអ្នកដឹកនាំចាត់ការតាម ភារកិច្ចរៀងៗខ្លួន។ នៅថ្ងៃ១២-១-៧៦ អង្គការបានចាត់តាំងខ្លួនឱ្យមករៀនសូត្រនៅភ្នំស្រុក ហើយមកដល់ថ្ងៃ១៧-១-៧៦ ក៍ត្រូវ អង្គការយកខ្លួនមកភ្នំពេញតែម្ដង។
