Kann Sim aka Mon, a member of Platoon, factory K-1, confessed that Sarin, as a Deputy Chief of Political Battalion 103, Ng-160 and 170, was very active. Moreover, Kann Sim aka Mon, indoctrinated workers working in Phnom Penh, to carry out privatism, and used to receive plan from Chakrei and Saphan. In December 1975, Sarin, went to convince chief of factory to be treacherous to the party. In May 1976, Sarin met Sim and reminded him of the plan to fight the party between April 17, 1976 and May 20, 1976, if this plan wouldn't be successfully carried out, it would prolong until December 1976.
កាន់ ស៊ីម ហៅ ម៉ុន សមាជិកកងតូចរោងចក្រ ក-១ បានឆ្លើយថា សារិន អនុនយោបាយវរសេនាតូច១០៣ ង-១៦០ និង ១៧០ មានសកម្មភាពបំផុត។ ខ្លួនបានបំផុសកម្មករនៅភំ្នពេញ ឱ្យប្រកាន់បក្ស ពួកនិយមធ្លាប់ទៅទទួលផែនការពីចក្រី និង សាផាន។ នៅខែធ្នូ-១៩៧៥ សារិន ទៅអប់រំប្រធានរោងចក្រឱ្យក្បត់បក្ស។ ខែឧសភា-១៩៧៦ សារិន បានជួបជាមួយ ស៊ីម ហើយបានរឮកផែនការ វាយបក្ស ១៧-មេសា-១៩៧៦ និង ២០-ឧសភា-១៩៧៦ បើមិនសមេ្រចទេ ត្រូវលើកទៅខែធ្នូ-១៩៧៦ វិញ។
