On February 11, 1978 in the everning, enemies increasingly sent their forces to stay along the national road 1, and also digged trenches in order to get ready to attack us. At the road 13 target, two spy airplanes and 1 jet plane illegally flew into our territory. We had found the enemy's cave at Ta Ei and arrested two Vietnamese, and then sent them to the office S-21. This report was copied and sent to uncle Nuon and documenting office.
កាលពីយប់ថ្ងៃទី ១១-២-៧៨ ខ្មាំងបានបន្ថែមកម្លាំងនៅផ្លូវលេខ ១ និងបានជីកលេណដ្ឋានទប់ទល់យើង ឯមុខព្រួញផ្លូវលេខ ១៣ យន្ដហោះសេុីបការចូលជ្រៅមកក្នុងទឹកដីយើង ចំនួន ២គ្រឿង និងយន្ដហោះប្រតិកម្មមួយគ្រឿង។ យើងបានរកឃើញរូងសេុីប ការខ្មាំងមួយកន្លែងនៅតាអី ហើយចាប់បានយួន ២នាក់រួចបញ្ជូនទៅស-២១។ បានចម្លងជូនអុំ អុំនួន និងមន្ទីរឯកសារ។
