In May 1975, Rong received the treasonous activities from Khuon. Also, Rong had a discussion with Khuon and Sean on force mobilization and, then, put them under the control of Sinuon. In November 1975, Rong attended the meeting to review forces in Maly. In January 1976, Rong received plots from Pil.
កាលពីខែ៥-៧៥ ឈ្មោះ រ៉ុង ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឃួន។ ចូលរួម ពិភាក្សាពីផែនការប្រមូលកម្លាំងរបស់ឃួន និង ស៊ាន បន្ទាប់មករ៉ុងបាន ប្រគល់កម្លាំងមួយចំនួនឱ្យទៅស៊ីនួន ក្ដាប់វិញ។ នៅខែ១១-៧៥ រ៉ុង បានចូលរួមសរុបកម្លាំងរបស់ម៉ាលី។ ខែ១-៧៦ រ៉ុង បានចូល រួមទទួលផែនការពីកម្លាំងពីឈ្មោះ ពិល។
