Nhim Chhon aka Hang, deputy chief of region 41 admitted that Ta Kem, secretary of Rorvieng sub-district, Batheay district was a traitorous network of Dek aka Poul, who was arrested by the Angkar. In April 1974, Dek assigned Ta Kem to send expanded militiamen and expanded combatants to infiltrate into military unit so as to convince other combatants to flee to the back front and to provoke conflicts from one zone to another.
ញឹម ឆុន ហៅ ហង់ អនុប្រធានតំបន់ ៤១ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ តាកែម លេខាឃុំគោករវៀង ស្រុកបាធាយថា ជាជនក្បត់របស់ ឈ្មោះ ដែក ហៅ ពូល «ចាប់ខ្លួនហើយ»។ កុ្នងខែ៤-១៩៧៤ ដែក បានចាត់តាំងឱ្យ តាកែម បញ្ជូនពួកស្វ័យត្រាណ និងទាហាន ចូលកុ្នងអង្គភាពយោធា ដើម្បីឱ្យពួកនេះបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់មកក្រោយ បំផុសទំនាស់រវាងភូមិភាគមួយទៅភូមិភាគមួយទៀត។
