Nhim Chhon aka Hang, deputy chief of group of security in region 41, confessed that Dek aka Poul called Thai and her partisans to join a meeting recieving traitorous plan. The plan was to organize only exchange-labour group not cooperative, dispatch militia men and soldiers to military units so that they would provoke female soldiers to return backward and pull down big houses to build small houses in order that high-ranking farmers dissatisfied with the revolution. Moreover, they provoked conflict from one zone and another and prevented people not to fish in the lake in order to lessen the strength which affeced the labor work.
ញឹម ឆុន ហៅ ហង់ ជាអនុប្រធានសន្ដិសុខ តំបន់ ៤១ឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះដែក ហៅ ពូល ហៅ នារីថៃ និងបក្សពួកទៅប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការក្បត់ ចាត់តាំងត្រឹមក្រុមប្រវាស់ដៃ កុំចាត់តាំងជា សហករណ៍។ បញ្ជូនពួកស្វ័យត្រាន និងទាហាន អោយចូលក្នុង អង្គភាពយោធា ដើម្បីអោយពួកនេះបំផុសយុវជននារីអោយរត់ មកក្រោយវិញ។ រុះផ្ទះធំៗមកសង់អោយតូចប៉ុនគ្នា ដើម្បីអោយ កសិករថ្នាក់លើទំនាស់ និងបដិវត្ដបំផុសទំនាស់ពីភូមិភាគមួយទៅ ភូមិភាគមួយ រារាំងមិនអោយប្រជាជនរកត្រីក្នុង ឡូតិ៍ បឹងដើម្បី អោយចុះកម្លាំងប៉ះពាល់ដល់ការងារពលកម្ម។
