Hout Bophana aka Mom, new farmer of Baray district confessed that Keo, female, member of revolutionary hospital, was a CIA agent of VIAR organization, under the control of Taing Sivleng, female. The purpose of CIA group in Baray district was to assign Huot Bophana to contact Keo in order to expand forces to rebel against the revolution.
