Him Man, 24 years old, was born in Potunle Village, Koh Thom Sub-district, District 18. He stopped studying at grade of 12. At the age of 17, he worked for a rice mill at Prek Taduong [village]. In 1970, he served as a militiaman in Koh Thom [district]for 3 months. He stole 200 Riel of Phal's money. As a consequence, he was in custody for 2 days. He later worked as a militiaman in Kampong Leav, Kampong Reap Sub-district, District 55 in Region 33. In March 1973, he joined Cell 117 and was nominated as a soldier of economy section. In October 1973, he started working at Regiment 267 Office for 7 months. In June 1975, Soh Maut, Saroeun and Nin persuaded him to flee to his home. Over there, he urged soldier of economy section in Region 25 to assassinate brother Nat at the Regional Economy. OnJuly 22, 1975, Angkar made his arrest in Office 15.
ហ៊ឹម ម៉ាន អាយុ ២៤ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិពោធិទនេ្ល ឃុំកោះធំ ស្រុក១៨។ រៀនបានត្រឹមថ្នាក់ទី១២ ក៍ឈប់រៀន។ អាយុ ១៧ ឆ្នាំ ទៅស៊ីឈ្នួលនៅរោងម៉ាស៊ីនស្រូវ ព្រែកតាដួង។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ចូលធ្វើឈ្លបនៅកោះធំ ធ្វើបាន ៣ខែ លួចលុយពីឈ្មោះផល ២០០រៀល ហើយជាប់គុក២ថ្ងៃ។ បន្ទាប់មកទៅធ្វើឈ្លបនៅ កំពង់លាវ ឃុំកំពង់រាប ស្រុក ៥៥ តំបន់ ៣៣។ ខែ៣-៧៣ ចូលកង ១១៧ ឈ្មោះផាត ហៅ ដូង ចាត់តាំងឱ្យធ្វើយុទ្ធជន សេដ្ឋកិច្ច។ ខែ១០-៧៣ មកនៅមន្ទីរវរសេនាធំ ២៦៧ បាន៧ខែ។ ខែ៦-៧៥ ទទួលការចាត់តាំងពីឈ្មោះសុះម៉ូត, សារឿន និង នីនឱ្យរត់ទៅផ្ទះ ហើយឱ្យបំផុសយុទ្ធជនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចតំបន់ ២៥ និង ចាំសម្លាប់បងណាត នៅកន្លែងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចតំបន់។ រហូតដល់ថ្ងៃ២២-៧-១៩៧៥ អង្គការចាប់បញ្ជូនមកមន្ទីរ ១៥។
