Hong Sim aka Srim, member of big cell in P-31, confessed that Than told him that Teang was a hiding force in P-31. In June, 1976, Srim and Teang participated in the meeting in order to receive plan from Then. The plan was to quickly build up traitorous forces and vigorously provoke moral affair. Than assigned Teang to take control of weapon warehouse and deputy chief of warehouse so that it was easy for them to fight back on the revolution.
ហុង ស៊ីម ហៅ ស្រ៉ីម កងធំពេទ្យព-៣១ បាននិយាយថា ថនបាន ប្រាប់ខ្លួនថា ទាងជាកម្លាំងបង្កប់នៅពេទ្យព-៣១ ជាមួយគ្នា។ នៅ ខែ៦ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ស្រ៉ីម និង ទាង បានចូលប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពី ថេន អោយកសាងកម្លាំងអោយបានឆាប់រហ័ស បំផុសរឿង សីលធម៌អោយបានខ្លាំងក្លា។ ទាងត្រូវបានថន ចាត់តាំងអោយទទួល ខុសត្រូវឃ្លាំងអាវុធ ជាអនុប្រធានឃ្លាំង ដើម្បីងាយស្រួលដល់ពួកវា អនុវត្ដផែនការវាយបកមកលើបដិវត្ដវិញ។
