Hong Sim aka Srim, member of big cell in P-31, confessed that Than, physician in P-31, told him that Torn was a secret force in P-31. In 1976, Torn joined a meeting to receive traitorous plan from Than with Srim. The plan was to build up more traitorous forces and vigorously provoke moral mistake. After that Khan assigned Torn to take control of weapon warehouse so that it eased the plan to fight the revolution. In October, 1976, Torn joined a meeting and received traitorous plan from Than. The plan was to keep secret, preserve medicine for the party-attacked plan, and build up more forces.
