Hin Han, a combatant of municipal commerce unit, confessed that in May 1975, Ra, as a chief of Phnom Penh commerce unit, secretly contacted Em, in Phsar Thmei commerce unit. Then Em, persuaded Ra, to join the Free Khmer. After that, Ra, joined the meeting and carried out activities to burn down Phsar Thmei rice warehouse and to cut off telephone lines.
ហ៊ិន ហាន យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រុង បានឆ្លើយថា នៅខែឧសភា-១៩៧៥ នៅពាណិជ្ជកម្មផ្សារថ្មី ឈ្មោះ រ៉ា មេក្រុមពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ភំ្នពេញ បានទាក់ទងជាមួយឈ្មោះ ឯម។ បន្ទាប់មក ឯម បានអូស ទាញ រ៉ា ឱ្យចូលខ្មែរសេរី។ ក្រោយមក រ៉ា បានចូលរួមប្រជុំ និង ធ្វើសកម្មភាពដុតឃ្លាំងអង្ករនៅផ្សារថ្មី និងកាត់ខ្សែទូរស័ព្ទ។
