Hum Hour, Company, Battalion 113, Division 310, confessed that Sambo, invited networks to join the meeting and to receive a plan to destroy the revolutionary soldiers, in which Rin, as a Cadre of Company, Battalion 404 in Region 42, was a participant in this meeting. In 1973, he and Rin, joined the meeting and received a treacherous plan from Mon, to continue to withdraw combatants from frontline and to induce them to defect their unit.
ហ៊ុំ ហួ អនុសេនាធំ វរសេនាតូច១១៣ កងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយថា សំបូរ ហៅបក្សពួកមកប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការឱ្យបំផ្លាញទ័ព អ្នកចូលរួមមាន ឈ្មោះ រិន កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាធំ វរសេនាតូច ៤០៤ តំបន់៤២ ដែរ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្លួន និង រិន បាន ចូលរួមប្រជុំក្បត់ទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ម៉ុន ឱ្យបន្ដសកម្មភាពដក ខ្សែត្រៀមចោលចលនាយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចោលជួរ។
