Hum Hour, a Deputy Chief of Company 1, Battalion 113, Regiment 11, Division 310, confessed that Ra and Nuon, cadres of Company, Battalion 314, Division 310, were convinced by Khem, to be disloyal to the party. During digging a big channel in April 1976, Ra and Nuon, joined the meeting with Khem, in which, he introduced traitorous networks to them in order to be easy to carry out activities against the party.
ហ៊ុំ ហួរ អនុអនុសេនាធំ១ វរសេនាតូច១១៣ វរសេនាធំ១១ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ រ៉ា កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាធំ វរសេនាតូច ៣១៤ និង នួន កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាធំ វរសេនាតូច៣១៤ កងពល ៣១០ ក្បត់បក្សព្រោះ ឈ្មោះ ខែម អប់រំ។ នៅខែមេសា-១៩៧៦ រ៉ា និង នួន បានចូលរួមប្រជុំជាមួយ ខែម ពេលកំពុងជីកប្រឡាយធំ ដើម្បីឧទេ្ទសនាមខ្សែក្បត់ ងាយស្រួយធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបក្ស។
