Ech Lan, 26 years old, a low class farmer, was born in Toek Ambil village, Rovieng sub-district, Samraong district, Takeo, joined revolution in 1970, and served Secret Angkar in 1971, as Yuvakak. Presently Ech Lan, was a worker of electric power station and he was a person who had good relation, no relation with the enemy, patient, and hot headed.
អ៊ិច លន អាយុ២៦ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិទឹកអំបិល ឃុំរវាង ស្រុកសំរោង ខេត្ដតាកែវ ជាកសិករថ្នាក់ក្រោម បានចូលបដិវត្ដន៍ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ហើយចូលអង្គការសម្ងាត់ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១។ បច្ចុប្បន្នជាកម្មករអគ្គិសនី មានទំនាក់ទំនងល្អ គ្មានពាក់ព័ន្ទនឹងខ្មាំងទេ អំណត់ក្នុងការងារ មានការលះបង់ខ្ពស់ តែមានចរិតឆាប់ខឹងឆេវឆាវមួយរយៈ។
