In Chem, secretary of region 7, confessed that But and Dy were working in sawing department at Sre Ambel, were subordinates of Chot, chief of department 1. In January 1977, these two people shot district soldiers, standby at the west of the mountain. When the shooting was over, they entered the place; however, they saw only 2 R-15 guns, and one Carbine gun. They brought these guns to Chot.
