Uk Nhan, 32, was born in Dambauk Khpuos sub-district, Touk Meas district, Kampot province, and had 5 children. His wife's name was Chor Sim. April 7, 1970 he joined the Vietnamese army for two months. He then worked in the garment office of region 35. In 1972, he was introduced to join the Yuvakak in Kampong Sela. In September 1973, he was introduced to join the party member and was appointed as deputy chief of garment office of region 35. After April 17, 1975 he was deputy chief of rocks breaking worksite in Tauch mountain. This was the traitorous activity against the Angkar that he had involved in conspiring to shoot two people dead.
អ៊ុក ញ៉ន អាយុ ៣២ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅឃុំដំបូកខ្ពស់ ស្រុកទូកមាស ខេត្ដកំពត ប្រពន្ធឈ្មោះ ជ ស៊ឹម មានកូន ៥នាក់។ ចូលបដិវត្ដិ ថ្ងៃទី៧-៤-១៩៧០ នៅជាមួយវៀតណាមបាន ២ខែ បន្ទាប់មក នៅមនី្ទរកាត់ដេរតំបន់ ៣៥ ចូលយុវកកឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ នៅកំពង់សីលា ចូលបក្សខែ៩-១៩៧៣ និងទទួលតំណែងជាអនុប្រធានមន្ទីរកាត់ដេរ តំបន់។ ក្រោយ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ជាអនុប្រធានការដ្ឋានវាយថ្មភំ្នតូច រហូតដល់សព្វថ្ងៃនេះ។ បានរួមគំនិតបាញ់សម្លាប់ប្រជាជន ២នាក់ ដែលជាអំពើក្បត់អង្គការ។
