[I] would like to report uncle on the circumstances along the Laos border that as what uncle had mentioned was true, but the shooting of cattles and people was not true. As for the event that people secretly entered our territory was true; however, they had been hit by our spikes and crossbows everyday. This report had been copied and sent to brother 89 and the documentation office.
អំពីសភាពការណ៍ព្រំដែនលាវដូចអ៊ុំបញ្ជាក់នោះមានមែន តែថាបាញ់ គោក្របីប្រជាជននោះគ្មានទេ។ ចំពោះប្រជាជនលួចឆ្លងចូលដីយើង មានមែនតែត្រូវជាប់ចំរ៉ូងនិងស្នារបស់យើងរាល់ថ្ងៃ។ បានចំលង ជូនបង ៨៩ និងមន្ទីរឯកសារ។
