Um An, soldier of railroad repairing unit, admitted that Chey Chumroeun, soldier of railroad repairing unit, was a student of the Faculty of Law. Since, Chey Chumroeun worked as a worker of train unit, he was hatred and angry at the revolution, which had not concentrated on intellectual people. In August 1976, Chey Chumroeun strongly hated the revolution, thus, he was convinced to work as a traitorous network by Eng Reatrei.
អ៊ុម អន យុទ្ធជនជួសជុលផ្លូវដែកបានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះជ័យ ជំរឿន កម្មករជួសជុលផ្លូវដែក ជានិស្សិតមហាវិទ្យាល័យច្បាប់។ តាំងពីមកធ្វើកម្មកររទេះភ្លើង ជំរឿនមិនពេញចិត្ដបដិវត្ដ ដោយខឹង បដិវត្ដមិនរាប់រកអ្នកចេះដឹង។ ខែ៨-១៩៧៦ ជំរឿន កាន់តែស្អប់ បដិវត្ដ ឃើញយ៉ាងនេះ អេង រាត្រី ក៏អូសទាញឱ្យចូលកុ្នងក្រុមក្បត់ តែម្ដង។
