Ung Lai San, train worker in Kampot, confessed that Chhum, new train worker, convinced soldiers that before were former students, to go against the revolution. Under the order of Nuon Bun Lim, Chhum called all treasonous partisans to join the meeting and received the plots to destroy the revolution.
