Ngan Thon aka Ram, a deputy chief of state warehouse's company, confessed that he knew Vin, as a farmer of sugar producing office, Bateay Srey district, Siem Reap province, was a traitorous network, because Sann, a member of Banteay Srey district had told him. In 1974, Sann, indoctrinated traitorous forces and then sent them to the enemy's soldiers along with Vin. Vin, spied on bases and reported those to the enemy's soldiers, and stole 14 cows for the enemy's soldiers. Vin, was a traitorous network of Sann.
