We had totally done as your advice. We actively faught enemies who invaded our Cambodia territory at Trapeang Phlong. On November 4, we codnducted military cadres from zones, regions, and districts to participate in the meeting that additionally announced your advices about the poeple war's line and the party's fighting strategy. This report had been copied and sent to uncle Nuon, brothers Vann, Vorn, and Khieu and the documentation center.
យើងខ្ញុំបានអនុវត្ដតាមមតិណែនាំរបស់បង គឺការវាយខ្មាំងឈ្លានពាន ចូលកម្ពុជាយើងនៅម្ដុំត្រពាំងផ្លុង ទទួលបានជោគជ័យ។ នៅថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែ១១ យើងបានអពោ្ជីញកម្មាភិបាលយោធាតាំងភូមិភាគ តំបន់ និងស្រុក មកធ្វើការប្រជុំផ្សព្វផ្សាយបន្ថែម តាមមតិណែនាំរបស់បង ពីមាគ៌ាសង្គ្រាមប្រជាជន និងមាគ៌ាប្រយុទ្ធរបស់បក្ស, បានចម្លងជូន អ៊ុំនួន បងវ៉ាន់ បងវន បងខៀវ និង មន្ទីរឯកសារ។
