We actively attacked internal and external enemies. For cultivating in whole zone, we continuously assigned people to build rice dams and irrigation systems, to make natural fertilizers, and to grow rice and vegetables. For the people's standard of living: foods, clothings, medicines, and houses were sufficiently provided.
យើងការពារបានល្អទាំងខ្មាំងខាងក្រៅនិងខាងកុ្នង ចំណែកការ បង្កបង្កើនផលទូទាំងភូមិភាគ បានចាត់តាំងកម្លាំងធ្វើទំនប់ ជីកប្រឡាយ លើកប្រពន្ធ័ភ្លឺស្រែ ធ្វើជី ធ្វើស្រូវ និងដាំដំណាំបន្លែ បង្កាជាបណ្ដើរៗហើយ។ ជីវភាពប្រជាជនទាំងការហូបចុក សំលៀកបំពាក់ ថ្នាំសង្កូវ ផ្ទះសំបែង ត្រូវបានដោះស្រាយ ធូរស្បើយនិងគ្រប់គ្រាន់ហើយ។
