We had mobilized forces of zones, regions, and districts in order fragmentarily to prepare fighting Vietnamese enemies at Chak Brasaut and Taneng in Sangke sub-district, Wat Khcheay, and Ponlea village. During the attack, they fired hundreds of 105-mm howitzers from Brasaut in order to support their infantry who were assaulting to occupy Svay Rieng provincial town. However, we separately faught them into fragments and stuck them at a bridge located in the western part of river and Pnea village in Romeang Thkaol sub-district. This report had been copied and sent to uncle Nuon, brothers Vann, Vorn, Khieu and the documentation center.
យើងបានរៀបចំភូមិភាគ តំបន់ និងកម្លាំងស្រុក ដើម្បីវាយកាត់ ខ្មាំងយួនជាចំណែកៗ នៅចំណុចចកប្រសូត្រ តាណែង ក្នុងឃុំសង្កែ វត្ដខ្ជាយ ភូមិពព្លា។ ខ្មាំងវាបានបាញ់កាំភ្លើងកាណុង ១០៥ផ្លោង ចេញពីប្រសូត្រជាច្រើនរយគ្រាប់ដើម្បីគាំទ្រទ័ពថ្មើជើងវា វាយរុល ចូលដណ្ដើមយកក្រុងស្វាយរៀង។ តែត្រូវយើងវាយ ផ្ដាច់ កម្លាំងវាជាចំណែកៗអោយទ្រឹងបោះទីតាំងនៅស្ពានទនេ្លខាងកើត និងភូមិព្នារ ក្នុងឃុំរមាំងថ្កោល, បានចម្លងជូនអ៊ុំនួន បងវ៉ាន់ បងវន បងខៀវ និងមន្ទីរឯកសារ។
