Tep Phalla aka Chhun, soldier of Phnom Penh energy unit's direction office, confessed that Chiv was a CIA agent of Suy who was in charge of investigating the revolutionary situation in Sala Prey Torting. Furthermore, Chiv had arrested 2 teachers, who often indoctrinated students with the feudalist's oppression and China's revolutionary struggle.
