Tep Phalla aka Chhun, a combatant of Phnom Penh energy direction office, confessed that Rann, as a Chief of Sot Nikum district, and Deputy Secretary of Sot Nikum district, and Chea, were traitorous networks of Khuon. Rann and Chea, were responsible for convincing people living in Sot Nikum district to join the White Khmer's movement and to disloyal the revolutionary regime.
