Tep Phalla aka Chhun, a combatant of Phnom Penh energy unit's direction office, confessed that Chheang, as a cadre of Northern zone printing house, had induced Ny, Ly, Sokh, Nhan, members of Northern zone telegrapher section, Khoeun and Sou, members of Northern zone telegram translating section, to work for the new party's movement, to conceal Khuon's personal background that he secretly had sex with female art-performer, and to keep secret a plan to ruin the revolutionary forces and the confidential report of the new party's leading apparatus.
