Seng Leangkry aka Chhel, a Chief of Platoon, Division 502, confessed that Ly, as a combatant of Division 310, was a traitorous network of Yong, Company 502. In 1976, Yong, reported Chann Mang, Battalion 506 that Ly, was completely built up by Seng Leangkry. Ly and his networks had a discussion about the plan to kill Phan, and to flee to Chriev Oral mountain in order to join the White Khmer. In fact, they couldn't achieve their plan, because the Angkar took measure them at that place.
សេង លាងគ្រី ហៅ ឆិល ជាប្រធានកងតូច កងពល៥០២ បាន ឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ លី យុទ្ធជន កងពល៥០២ ជាមហាជនក្បត់របស់ យ៉ុង កងរយ៥០២។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ យ៉ុង បានរាយការណ៍ទៅឈ្មោះ ចាន់ ម៉ង់ វរសេនាតូច៥០៦ ថាខ្លួនកសាង ឈ្មោះ លី បានហើយ។ លី និងបក្សពួក បានពិភាក្សាគ្នាលើកផែនការសម្លាប់ឈ្មោះ ផន និង មានផែនការរត់ទៅភំ្នជ្រៀវឱរ៉ាល់ ដើម្បីធ្វើខ្មែរស តែពួកវាមិនបាន ទៅ ព្រោះអង្គការមានវិធានការចំពោះពួកវានៅភំ្ននោះអស់ហើយ។
