Seng Soeun, producing unit 15, confessed that Chhen, chief of Tumnup village cooperative, Chann Sen sub-district, had conflict with the Party and critically said that the Party unreasonably assigned the people, sometimes they were nominated to move from Chass village to Phsar Dek village. Moreover, Chhen said that the Angkar uncertainly said, if there were soldiers as before, he would join the army and fight back the revolution.
សេង សឿន នៅកងផលិតតំបន់ ១៥ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះឆេន ប្រធានសហករណ៍ភូមិទំនប់ ឃុំច័ន្ទសែន ទំនាស់និងបក្ស ថាបក្ស ចាត់តាំងមិនជាក់ស្ដែង ដូចជាម្ដងថានិយាយឱ្យចុះពីភូមិចាស់មកនៅ ភូមិផ្សារដែក អង្គការចេះតែនិយាយមិនពិតប្រាកដ បើមានទាហាន ដូចពីដើម គឺចូលខាងទាហានបាត់ទៅហើយ ហើយវាយបដិវត្ដឱ្យទាល់តែបាន។
