A decision no.69 SSR dated February 13, 1988 on the permission to the Office of Propaganda and Culture to build Cheung Ek memorial located in Cheung Ek Sub-district, Dangkor District, and 10 kilometers away from Phnom Penh along glass factory-bound road. The duration would increase to 10 months, when the construction was supposed to be completed, starting from February to December 1988.
សេចក្ដីសំរេចលេខ៦៩ សសរ ចុះថ្ងៃទី១៣-២-១៩៨៨ ស្ដីពី ការអនុញ្ញាតិឱ្យមន្ទីរឃោសនាការនិងវប្បធម៌អនុវត្ដការងារសាងសង់ សារមន្ទីរជើងឯក«ស្ដូប»ដែលថិតនៅឃុំជើងឯក ស្រុកដង្កោ តាមផ្លូវ ទៅរោងចក្រកែវចម្ងាយ១០គីឡូម៉ែត្រពីភ្នំពេញ។ រយៈពេលសាង សង់តំលើងដល់ពេលចប់ការដ្ឋានជាស្ថាពរចំនួន ១០ខែ គិតពី ខែ២ ដល់ ខែ១២-១៩៨៨។
